Competition Entries

1. The above contest is valid from 1 October, 2009 to 30 December, 2009.
2. Contest entries must be completed in full and made in the manner specified on the Online Contest Form by the closing date. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
3. 3. All entries must be received on or before 5pm (GMT +08:00) on 30 December, 2009.
4. By submitting the contest entries, each participant thereby (a) specifically authorizes Sony to use and/or license third parties to use such entry in whole or in part, throughout the universe, in perpetuity in or on any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, and alone or together or as part of other information, content and/or material of any kind or nature; (b) represents and warrants that all elements contained in the contest entry (i) is original to the participant or fully cleared for use as contemplated herein, (ii) does and will not, in any way, violate or breach any of the terms of any other agreement the participant may be a party to, (iii) does not contain libelous, tortuous, or otherwise unlawful information, infringe or violate any copyright or other right, or contain any matter the publication or sale of which will violate any federal or state statute or regulation, (iv) is not obscene or in any other manner unlawful, and (v) shall not require Sony to pay or incur any sums to any person or entity as a result of Sony's use or exploitation of the same.
5. 5. Winners may be required to participate in public relations events tied to the campaign to generate press coverage of the contest and the accessories range. This may include, but not be limited to, quotes given for inclusion in press releases and press conferences, interviews, etc.
6. 6. Sony reserves the right to disqualify all entries that do not meet the rules and regulations of these contests. These include entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.

Prizes

1. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Value of the prizes may vary; Sony reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
2. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner's part to allow the use of the winner's name, image, voice and/or likeness by Sony for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of Sony by each winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the contest, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the contest, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
3. Results of all winners will be announced by 20 January, 2010. The winners will also be notified separately by email or telephone. Sony reserves the right to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit. Winners will receive an additional letter including a form that must be filled out, signed and returned by the date stated therein. Should this not be signed and received by the organizer by the requested date, winning status may be revoked.
4. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the winners shall receive the following as the prizes and they cannot be the same person.
1. 3 sets of Grand Prizes with each set comprising of a Cyber-shot DSC-TX1 and an exclusive custom-made pendant as featured in the TV commercial, for the top 3 winners.
2. 15 custom-made pendants featured in the TV commercial as Consolation Prizes for the runner ups.
5. Winners cannot change the colour of Cyber-shot TX1 to be awarded; Sony reserves the final decision on the prizes to be given.
6. The winner will be selected from the list of contestants who have played the Lucky in Love Contest and will be chosen based on the highest score which is derived from the fastest and most accurate submission from the three (3) levels.
7. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Contest, Sony at its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement entrant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to the Terms and Conditions.
8. All prizes not collected within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of win shall be disposed of at Sony’s sole discretion. Sony’s decision regarding the award of all prizes, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the contest, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding Sony’s decision on the same. The receipt by any winner of any prize under this Contest is conditional upon compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
